Dr. Emmanuel Ihejirika co founder & COO, REACH Staffing Consultants Inc. He is currently an Associate Professor of Accounting and Finance & coordinator of the MBA/Undergraduate business programs at Lincoln University City, Pennsylvania. He teaches graduate and undergraduate students in all business courses particularly accounting, finance, and information technology.

He previously taught for the following universities as visiting professor/adjunct, DeSales University, Strayer University, DeVry University, American Intercontinental University, Rasmussen College, Delaware County Community College and Pennsylvania Institute of Technology.  He brings a wealth of knowledge teaching at the graduate level, which encompasses (Directed Research Project), Capstone courses for final year Master of Business Administration (MBA) students and doctoral dissertation supervision.

Besides teaching, his corporate experience includes over nine years as Audit and Compliance Coordinator in a fortune 100 healthcare company. He has over seven years of investment banking experience.
